first of all say hello to the people of the forum, im just made an account but I have followed projects here for some time. just wanted to share my project with all of you specialy with d.m. here is the link of the first page but the fotos come along until page 9

I also had a couple of questions for d.m. as u can si in my project y adjusted de sub frame with some metal plates and stainless steel screws, i did this because the frame is made from steel and the subframe is made of aluminium, si I just wondered how did you solder the 2 parts. If any of you want to know something about my project I will be happy to explain.

Sorry no update yet. Still waiting on the seat to finish.





In the meanwhile working on the frame and improving the position of the tank. Also using some sheetmetal to fill in the gap between the frame and the tank.

Not much new pictures but a lot of things are in the making.

The seat has been shortened, don't mind the metal plate near the tank this is already replaced with something better looking.





New stainless steel bushes for the swingarm and new killswitch

Update 23-06-2017

Frame is ready and some parts are back from powdercoating




Rear shock absorber is clean again


Wheels are put back together and will soon be balanced


Metrakit Pro Race XL engine is back together (new bolts or on the way)



Still looking for the perfect front fender, if someone has an idea, please let me know!
